NBA 2K12 official explains LeBron James’ superiority over Kobe Bryant
Miami’s LeBron James (98) and Dwyane Wade (96) were ranked just above Kobe Bryant (96). Pau Gasol’s poor playoff performance curiously still put him above Dirk Nowitzki at 86-85, while trailing New York’s Amare Stoudemire (88). Lastly, Andrew Bynum may rank second at center behind Orlando’s Dwight Howard, but their discrepancy in ranking (4-39) and points (93-79) provides more evidence Jim Buss shouldn’t cling to Bynum should Howard become available.
On James and Wade being ranked higher than Bryant
“Given that Kobe Bryant is reaching 33 years old and LeBron and Wade are in the prime of their careers right now, we had to take age into consideration. Kobe is still a great player overall, however.”
Mad, of course. But I guess I accept it since Kob turned 33 last month and entering his sixthteenth season. NBA 2K12 hits stores and our respective PlayStation 3 & Xbox 360’s Tuesday. Females, don’t say you haven’t been warned.
I dislike LeBron James, that’s nothing new coming from me (I don’t hate him though, I respect his play, but don’t hate him), and still the shit this guy does makes me shake my head in disgust. The whole Karma Tweet thing is a great example. We all know what he meant by it, regarding to his former employer the Cavs getting blown out by 50+ points by the Lakers two nights ago after they wanted to switch hotels cause they didn’t want to share the same hotel with the Heatles (Stupid name, and of course he thought of it) while out here in LA, but mainly cause of Dan Gilbert’s email rant thing last summer.
Everyone in their right mind knows it was meant for them, just like everyone in their right mind knows on Roman’s Revenge, Nicki was talking to or about Lil Kim, I don’t care what lousy excuse she used. This guy said someone sent it to him, are you kiddin’ me?! Really, clearly, it wasn’t a retweet from any fan who hates him like he’s done before wishing the threats or whatever or anything like that. He knows how to use Twitter, quit playin’ us.
But I’m trippin’ off him not owning up to it, you said it bro, C’Mon now. And if he didn’t think it wouldn’t be a big deal, then he’s crazy. You’re arguably the most watched sports star in the world and people are sitting, waiting for you to same something ESPECIALLY with Twitter around. You should know. But he I guess he had to back track it a bit for the sake of the team and cause it was getting to be a real big deal (Of course with ESPN, I’m surprised they haven’t given the situation it’s own page on their site yet). If you want backtrack it, I guess, but don’t give us no sorry ass excuse of saying someone sent it to you. Nigga, ain’t none of us stupid.
Man, I don’t care, I’d rather be socially awkward like Kobe and seem weird at times compared to the cool players, than have the world’s attention all the damn time, and make dumbass mistakes, fuck-ups, excuses, and etc. this guy does.
Let’s keep it real, LeBron shut them up. And them, I mean the broken hearted fans of Cleveland who gave him more thunderous boos then they did in Denver for Kobe back at the 2005 All-Start Game. But he shut them up with his 38 points (24 in the 3rd). But I give it to him, he knew it was going to be ugly (They were chanting “Asshole” 5 minutes into warm-ups, and everyone’s favorite, “Akron Hates You”), and he played well through it. I knew he wasn’t going for 60 or even 50, but figured either have a good quality game with a Win, or a terrible turrble (For Chuck) game.
But he came through, but I’m even more impressed he actually went through with Powder intro, cause if he didn’t, he would officially be a bitch for as long as they’ll hate him in Cleveland.. forever basically. I still don’t like him, nor what he did over the summer, and how he did it (And all this damn attention courtesy of the World Wide Leader in Sports) but I respect dude a little bit more for what he did tonight.

As much as I don’t like him, and don’t like what he did over the summer, and how he did it, I still respect him though. But if he was to go back to Cleveland this Thursday night, a not throw up the powder, I would lose all respect for this guy.
If he didn’t, and skipped this from his normal routine as he do for every game, for Cleveland, it would mean what the fans of Cleveland did after he announced he was taking his talents to South Beach got to him, and put fright into his eyes. Thus him looking scared to them. More of a bitch.
But if he do, it shows that he really don’t care what Cleveland has to say about him after the Summer and won’t let a couple of burned jerseys, and semi threats via Twitter get to him.

Wonder what was he thinking here?
Maybe I picked the wrong team this past summer, maybe I should have taken my talents else where.

Cleveland, Ohio, based artist Oliver Barrett has just launched a new website showcasing his fantastic body of illustrative works. With a portfolio spanning vector imaging and portraiture, as well as other styles, Barrett brings an imaginative clarity to the subjects he creates and addresses. Our personal favorite? The ‘King is Dead’, a not-so-sappy farewell to Lebron James from the city that he scorned.
